Postnatal Yoga Essentials

The aim of this workshop is to share with you all the potential of Postnatal Yoga, and empower you with effective & natural technics that you can apply virtually anytime and anywhere, to nurture & regenerate yourself in post-partum phase - also called the "fourth trimester". The technics are easy to adopt and incorporate in your daily life, which is quite convenient, knowing how hectic & busy the first months can get with a newborn! You will learn how to:

Regenerate through Yoga postures and breathing technics, stimulating the energy levels & reducing the feeling of exhaustion

Manage emotion and boost confidence, thanks to postures inducing calm and increasing mental strength

Relax the areas of the body that are particularly sollicitated after birth (breast, upper back, etc ..)

Tone-up the core and lower back regions, while respecting the anatomic requirements of a post-partum body and protecting the pelvic floor

Toe-up the pelvic floor muscles

Giving birth is a very unique moment in a couple / woman's life. Although each birth is a journey filled with unpredictable feelings & moments, it is possible to prepare yourself in order to enjoy these magical moments to the fullest and a create a for-ever lasting memory of your birth. Yoga is a wonderful approach to prepare for birth, as it provides you with the resources you may need to give life according to your intimate wishes, and to follow your instincts. This workshop shares with you how Prenatal Yoga can contribute to prepare yourself for the birth day, and is designed to give an active role to the partner (if he/she feels like it). The workshop is particularly recommended if you are contemplating a natural & physiologic birth.
